As the first domestic formaldehyde-free VAE emulsion series benchmarked against international advanced standards, the 8-series inherits the eco-friendly genes of the iconic Huabiao Brand, realizing three core environmental indicators: zero formaldehyde, zero APEO, and ultra-low residual monomers.
Its residual monomer content is as low as ≤0.1%, delivering fresh and mild odor. With full-process low VOC emission from production to end application, the product is perfectly applicable to scenarios with stringent environmental requirements, including home decoration, food-contact packaging and high-end building materials, bringing pollution-free green bonding solutions.
Refined via mature medium-pressure emulsion polymerization with vinyl acetate and ethylene as raw materials, the 8-series VAE emulsion features solid content above 55%, equipped with three core strengths: high initial adhesion, excellent mechanical stability and outstanding water resistance.
The 8-series product line includes nine tailored grades: BJ-805, BJ-806, BJ-806H, BJ-806F, BJ-807, BJ-817, BJ-809, BJ-860 and BJ-829, covering all downstream scenarios including building waterproofing, composite bonding, packaging papermaking and rubber powder manufacturing.
Featured with environmental friendliness and low odor, BJ-809 owns remarkable anti-caking performance. The redispersible latex powder produced via spray drying can be dissolved rapidly once contacting water. It effectively cuts long-distance transportation costs and serves as the preferred raw material for construction rubber powder.
Boasting industry-leading water resistance, BJ-829 delivers remarkably higher bonding strength than conventional VAE products. It is specially optimized for hard-to-bond materials, including sponge-fabric lamination, shoe material bonding and mat-nonwoven fabric composite, realizing permanent bonding without debonding risks.
With high solid content and low viscosity, BJ-860 shows favorable workability with cement mortar. Its flexible adhesive film with high elongation is customized for JS waterproof coatings. It delivers excellent waterproof and anti-seepage effects, suitable for roofing, bathroom and other building waterproof scenarios.
Certified as an industrial Green Product, BJ-806H has high viscosity and strong initial adhesion. It fits composite bonding of foam, textiles, polyester fabrics and leather materials with outstanding construction performance. Notably, BJ-806H obtained the national Petrochemical Industry Green Product Certification assessed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 2022.
Characterized by low viscosity and high fluidity, BJ-807 adapts to single-component waterproof coatings, high-speed paper packaging and screen printing scenarios, greatly improving construction and production efficiency.
Standard Packaging: 50kg plastic drums; customized packaging including liquid bags and bulk cargo is available to meet diversified procurement demands.
Storage Requirements: Store in cool and dry places at 5℃ to 37℃, avoid direct sunlight and freezing conditions. The recommended storage period is no more than 6 months.
Transportation Attributes: Non-dangerous goods. Avoid violent collision and upside-down placement during handling, and maintain ventilation in application and storage spaces.
