On May 24, A80 aluminum foil rolling oil, a high-end specialty lubricant independently developed by Sinopec Jinmen Petrochemical, completed its first export shipment to Europe via international trade channels. This marks a major breakthrough for domestic high-end rolling oil in the global aluminum processing sector.
As a critical process medium for aluminum sheet and foil production, aluminum foil rolling oil delivers core functions including lubrication, cooling, cleaning and rust prevention. Its performance directly determines the surface quality and rolling efficiency of aluminum products. For decades, the global market for this product has long been monopolized by European and American manufacturers. The exported A80 grade has won recognition from European clients thanks to its outstanding performance and stable consistent quality.
To precisely meet overseas customer requirements, Jinmen Petrochemical adopted IBC tote packaging for the first time. This packaging format ensures safe product transit while boosting loading, unloading and operational efficiency. The company leveraged its integrated production, sales, R&D and logistics collaboration mechanism, coordinating with relevant departments to design tailored logistics plans and streamline the full delivery workflow.
During shipment preparation, cross-departmental teams including the Planning & Operation Department, Production Dispatching Department, Specialty Oil Division, Technology & Quality Department, Storage & Transportation Division and Inspection & Measurement Center worked in synergy to efficiently finish filling, quality inspection and delivery, ensuring on-time fulfillment of the export order.
